Barbara Zannic was a 23rd century Human woman who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Zannic was born in the early 2240s as a Federation citizen and gained professional-level training in geology. She also took basic courses in planetary survival. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, she was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
She served as a geologist in the colony's science staff. Among Human colonists, she ranked third in dexterity.
In 2283, when she was 40 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide its future. Zannic supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, although if forced to choose an alliance she was more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
