The Battle of Ajilon Prime was a short conflict as part of the 2372-2373 Federation-Klingon Empire war.

The Klingons broke the cease-fire and deployed troops to the planet Ajilon Prime in 2373, possibly as a counter offensive after being defeated at Ganalda IV. Julian Bashir and Jake Sisko responded to a distress call from the Decker Memorial Hospital, which was destroyed in the invasion and forced to set up a field hospital in caves. The Klingons pushed towards the field hospital, whose patients and medical staff were to be evacuated to Tanandra Bay. Jake was able to stop Klingon soldiers from entering the field hospital by partially collapsing the cave roof with a phaser. (DS9 episode: "Nor the Battle to the Strong")

Davok was one of the Klingon troops who fought Starfleet at the Battle of Ajilon Prime. (GKN novel: A Good Day to Die)
