Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

The Battle of Caleb IV took place in 2270 as part of the decades of cold war between the United Federation of Planets and Klingon Empire.

In 2270, Kor, on the IKS Klothos, led an apparently small Klingon fleet to attack Federation communication relays in the Caleb system. In response, Admiral Isaac Garrett on the USS Yorktown led a Federation fleet to deter the Klingons from penetrating further into Federation space. At first, the Federation appeared to have the upper hand, only for Kor to successfully bait them into an ambush, revealing more Klingon ships, equipped with cloaking devices. Kor's forces captured several Federation ships in tractor beams, threatening to kill all Federation personnel who resisted, though any who unconditionally surrendered would be taken prisoner.

One Federation starship captain, aided by the Temporal Agent Daniels, boarded the Klothos, finding that Na'kuhl temporal agents were attempting to guide the Klingons into altering the timeline for the sake of the Temporal Liberation Front, only to run into a lack of cooperation from the prideful Kor. The Federation captain successfully sabotaged Kor's flagship and rescued the captured Federation ships before serving as a decoy to allow the other ships to escape. The ship was officially lost with all hands. (STO - Agents of Yesterday mission: "The Battle of Caleb IV")

In 2375, while fighting a similar battle against Dominion forces on Trelka V, an elderly Kor briefly thought he was back at Caleb IV. (DS9 episode: "Once More Unto the Breach")
