Biography[]
Lieutenant Belix was at the tactical station serving on the bridge of the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D in the year 2367. He gave Captain Jean-Luc Picard immediate notification when sensor telemetry from the shuttlecraft Albert Einstein was lost, and later opened communications with First Governor Imlach of Lanatos when the Enterprise visited that planet.
