Surtus Province was a province on Bellatrix V. Telsia Murphy was born here on 29th February 2351. However, she was orphaned as a child in a crime-ridden slum inhabited by Orions, where women were treated as not much more than property. Telsia lived on its streets. (VOY video game: Elite Force)
- In Earth's calendar, the date 29th February cannot occur in an odd-numbered year like 2351. This may be in error, a feature of the Bellatrix V calendar, or the date was chosen by Telsia to intentionally create a paradox.
