Bellflowers were a species of plant lifeform native to the planet Artemis III.

History and specifics[]

Bellflower blooms produced soft chiming that was said to relieve stress. They did not thrive outside their environment and thus were never exported. Attempts to copy the flowers sometimes came very close, and these were considered very valuable.

In the year 2365, Data gave artificial copies of bellflowers to Doctor Katherine Pulaski. (TNG novel: Metamorphosis)
