Bellis Nemani was a male Bajoran in the 24th century.

He was a Vedek who served in the Vedek Assembly when Opaka Sulan was Kai. (DS9 novel: Unity)

By 2376 Eran was one of the most high ranking Vedeks in the Assembly. In April of that year he attended a secret meeting with six other high ranking Vedeks to discuss what they should do to keep the recently discovered Ohalu Prophecies, which the Assembly considered heretical, under wraps. Bellis suggested sending a covert team to Deep Space 9, where the prophecies had been hidden, to gather data and strongly objected to trying to recruit Kira Nerys to help the Vedek, noting how she had been difficult in the past. (DS9 - Avatar novel: Avatar, Book One)
