The Bement Center is a Bajoran conference center located in Bajor's Rakantha Province. The center is located near the coast and the Bestri Woods.
In 2385, Julian Bashir invited Katherine Pulaski, Elizabeth Lense, Lemdock and Tovak to a conference at the Bement Center. Bashir had told Ro Laren and others that the conference was to focus on Kalla-Nohra Syndrome and Pottrik Syndrome. In reality, the purpose of the conference was to examine the information on the Shedai Taurus meta-genome that Bashir and Sarina Douglas had obtained from Section 31. The Breen Intelligence Directorate assigned Jyri Sarpantha to assassinate Bashir, but she was stopped by Sarina Douglas. (ST - The Fall novel: A Ceremony of Losses)
