History and specifics[]

According to Khan Noonien Singh, in September 1992 Augment Dictator Ama Owusu annexed Benin into United Africa. By 1996, Benin was part of the African Caliphates before the Augment dictatorships were overthrown. (TOS - Khan comics: "Issue 2", "Issue 3")
