Bennington "Benni" Biraka was a Human male serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.
Commander Bennington Biraka, or "Benni" to his off duty friends, served as Ship's Counselor on board the USS Righteous from 2359 until 2367. He is very personable, which made him perfect for his career as a ship's counselor.
