The Beta Epsilon system's orbit was the location of a number of worlds, including sixth planet Beta Epsilon VI. (TOS comic: "Mortal Gods")

In a Starfleet Academy training scenario, a Medusan freighter, the Auriga, was attacked by Klingons in the Beta Epsilon system. (ST video game: Starfleet Academy: "Uninvited Guests")

This system's name simply contains two Greek language letters: epsilon and beta, without any other stellar notation system's point of reference regarding its location.
