The Beta Lankal planetoid was an astronomical body in the Beta Lankal star system, located in the Nimbus sector of the Tau Dewa sector block, and part of the Klingon Empire. (STO mission: "Beta Lankal System Patrol")
History[]
Circa 200,000 years ago, the planetoid was the site of a colony. The colony was destroyed by orbital bombardment, leaving artifacts in the area around the world.
In 2409, the Tholian Assembly competed with the Romulan Republic and its Federation and Klingon allies in collecting artifacts near the Beta Lankal planetoid. (STO mission: "Beta Lankal System Patrol")
