Beta Trianguli is a star system, a binary star consisting of two type A blue-white stars, the brightest in the constellation of Triangulum, located 124 light-years from Earth. Beta Trianguli was sometimes referred to by the traditional Latin name Deltonum and the Greek Deltoton. In the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant, Beta Trianguli is located outside of Federation space, in the vicinity of the border with the Talarian Republic. (ST reference: Star Charts)
