Bevvox was a male non-humanoid individual who lived in the Delta Quadrant in the 24th century, as well as the founder of the Think Tank. A bioplasmic organism, he was over a thousand years old and wandered the galaxy alone for a few millennia before founding the Think Tank. His interests as of 2375 were exosociology and quantum mechanics. He was also somewhat sensitive about his age.
In 2375, Bevvox and his fellow Think Tank members attempted to compel Seven of Nine of the USS Voyager to join their group. They contracted Hazari bounty hunters to attack Voyager, creating a problem that seemingly only they could solve, in exchange for Seven of Nine. However, their plans failed and that led to their ship being attacked by the Hazari. (VOY episode: "Think Tank")
