Bikk was a male Ferengi in the 24th century.
During the 2370s, DaiMon Bikk spent a year in the Gamma Quadrant overseeing Ferengi business interests on behalf of Grand Nagus Zek. While in this position, Bikk arranged for talks between Gul Skrain Dukat and the Vorta, which eventually led to the Cardassian Union joining the Dominion.
In 2375, Bikk sold a complete linguistic database for all Dominion races to Starfleet, in exchange for Starfleet's research into the Breen's energy-draining weaponry (which Starfleet had already committed to sharing for free). (SCE eBook: War Stories, Book 1)
