Billie Holliday (April 7, 1915July 17, 1959) was an American jazz singer and songwriter who lived during the 20th century.

In an alternate timeline in which Nazi Germany had conquered much of the eastern United States by 1944, all music made by black musicians, Holliday among them, had been outlawed in New York City. However, Alicia Travers, an inhabitant of Brooklyn, and her neighbours secretly passed along recordings of such music to each other, including Billie Holliday's song "My Old Flame". Captain Jonathan Archer was familiar with her music. (ENT episode: "Storm Front")
