Billy was a Starfleet soldier that died during the Dominion War.

Biography

In 2374, Billy befriended Reese and was then killed in battle at the hands of the Jem'Hadar. Billy's death would continue to affect Reese into the next year, giving him nightmares. (DS9 short story: "Requital")
