Billy Jamison was a Starfleet ensign who was assigned to the USS Destiny.
Jamison was assigned to the Destiny on the same day as Ezri Tigan and the two became friends. After Jamison's bunkmate was killed during an away mission, he started to see the counseling team, including Ezri, who told him that their relationship would have to become professional. After Ezri was joined with Dax, she approached Jamison in the ship's lounge and talked to him and his friends. (DS9 short story: "Ninety-three Hours")
