Ensign Bish Davoff was a Human man who served Starfleet as a security officer on the Federation starship USS Enterprise in the 23rd century.

History

In 2269, Davoff and Alan Huff were part of the rescue party led by Bill Hixon to save Captain James T. Kirk on the planet Anomaly.

After landing their shuttle next to Kirk's shuttle, Huff and Davoff provided cover fire so that Hixon could run between the shuttles amid extremely hazardous, predatory wildlife.

Later, Davoff joined Kirk and five other security officers to get water samples. On the way back, he was unable to help save Hevelin from being eaten by a carnivorous flowering vine plant.

Later, when Hixon went missing, Davoff and Mark Moore immediately volunteered to form a search party, but they were only able to find Hixon's footprints. (TOS novel: Planet of Judgment)
