Biography[]
By the 2280s decade, Professor Harwood was a military historian who served in Starfleet and had completed his Ph.D.
With the rank of commander, in the year 2287 he held the professorship post of Wells Professor of Military History at Starfleet Academy. A Starfleet Intelligence historical overview included a number of his comments. (FASA RPG module: Star Fleet Intelligence Manual)
