Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Bjo Trimble (1933- ) is an author and science fiction fan. She wrote the first TOS reference work encyclopedia, the Star Trek Concordance, as a fan publication. In addition, she served as a columnist for Starlog magazine ("Fan Scene") from 1980-1983 and for The Official Fan Club Magazine ("Personal Log") in 1994. Trimble appeared in TOS movie: The Motion Picture as a member of the USS Enterprise crew in the recreation room scene.

She is probably best known for her influential letter-writing campaigns that renewed Star Trek for its third season and renamed the first space shuttle Enterprise. She also helped form the Roddenberrys' Lincoln Enterprises memorabilia business with Majel Barrett. Bjo (pronounced BEE-jo) is short for Betty JoAnne.
