Blanda Lane was a 23rd century Human woman, a singer and girlfriend of Montgomery Scott in the 2260s.
History[]
In 2266, Lane was performing for starbase personnel at Starbase 12 during a layover by the starship USS Enterprise. Scott wore his dress uniform for their date, and she suggested that they take a drive into the desert in her new groundcar. Unfortunately, when he saw the car he focused all his attention on it. Lane said she had a headache. (TOS comic: "A Page From Scotty's Diary")
