In 2371, Neelix prepared Blaxan pudding as part of the USS Voyager's lunch menu. After Ensign Paul Fairman burned some food in the galley causing smoke, Neelix checked the pudding and was thankful that it was fine albeit with a little smoky flavor.(VOY novel: Incident at Arbuk)
