Bloodworm stew was a type of food, a stew made out of a species of worm.

History and specifics[]

During one of Kostas Spyroukis's expeditions, he and his crew had nothing but bloodworm stew to eat for over a month because the food processor on his scout ship refused to make anything else. Kostas related this incident to his daughter Metika, who in the year 2269 related it to Captain James T. Kirk. (TOS novel: Trek to Madworld)
