In the mirror universe, the Borg assimilator was a 25th century Borg starship type, a Assimilator-class battleship class in Borg Kingdom service in the 2410s decade. (STO - Task Force Operation mission: "Resistance of Starbase One")

History and specifics[]

In the primary universe, the Assimilator-class vessels were operated by the Borg Collective. Their hull was metal, with green highlights. The Borg acculturators controlled by the Borg Cooperative had blue highlights. (STO video game: Delta Rising)

The mirror assimilators' hull had red highlights, like all Borg Kingdom vessels. (STO - Task Force Operation mission: "Resistance of Starbase One")

The mirror hull material was available to Khitomer Alliance operated Assimilator-class dreadnought carriers. (STO - Unparalleled mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")

Battleships of this class participated in Borg Kingdom assaults on Starbase 1 on the outer edge of the Sol star system in the primary universe in the year 2411. (STO - Task Force Operation mission: "Resistance of Starbase One")

When the Borg Kingdom used a reality vortex to push a unicomplex into the primary universe, assimilators targeted the Aetherian stitching network built to close the vortex and also tried to escape from the facility. Leader Thaseen-Fei of the Aetherian Concordium starship Harmony declared stopping assimilators from escaping a priority during the joint Concordium-Khitomer Alliance counterassault. (STO - Task Force Operation mission: "Guillotine")

Ships of the class operated from Unimatrix 7400 in fluidic space. The unimatrix and all assigned vessels were destroyed by an Alliance expeditionary force led by Captain Ezri Dax and the USS Aventine in cooperation with the native Undine. (STO - Kings & Queens mission: "Scorpion's Abyss")
