A Borg diamond is a Borg ship which has four special weapons, such as overriding an enemy ship or destroying enemy ships. It is shaped like a diamond, and a ship of this nature is used by the Borg Queen. (ST video games: Armada, Armada II)

Among other starship classes of the Borg fleet, the Borg diamond went through three different versions in the 22nd, 23rd and 24th century respectively. (ST video game: Legacy)

It was also known as a Borg octahedron. (ST video game: Star Trek Online)

The Borg diamond was heavily armed and well protected and like all Borg ships it was capable of transwarp speeds. A Borg diamond was present when species 10026 was assimilated in 2375, Seven of Nine and the Borg Queen were aboard while the assimilation took place. Later, a Borg diamond pursued the Delta Flyer after it escaped from the Unicomplex after rescuing Seven of Nine. The Borg vessel was destroyed when the USS Voyager fired photon torpedoes and collapsed the transwarp conduit it was traveling in. (VOY episode: "Dark Frontier")

In 2409 the Borg Queen transferred her consciousness into one of these vessels after her physical body was destroyed by an away team possibly composed of Starfleet, KDF, and/or Romulan Republic forces, under the auspices of Star Fleet Battle Group Omega. The diamond was subsequently destroyed in a concerted attack by the Battle Group Omega task force, at the cost of the USS Houston. (STO missions: "Into the Hive", "Hive Onslaught")
