Borg workbee 1

Borg workbee

The Borg workbee was a small Borg vessel, a workbee craft by the Borg Collective in the 2370s decade. (ST video games: Armada, Armada II)

History and specifications[]

Workbees were employed by the Borg in 2376 and 2377. The small, irregular craft were launched from Borg assemblers - construction ships - and stored aboard after completing their assignments. Using advanced technology, deployed workbees constructed space stations from raw materials like dilithium and metal. When an assembler was destroyed during construction, the workbees and their construct would be lost, too. Hostile forces never attacked workbees directly but focused on the assemblers. Workbees usually operated in groups of three. (ST video games: Armada, Armada II)
