Botax was an individual in Starfleet in the 23rd century.
In 2285, Botax was serving on board the USS Enterprise as a trainee, and was assigned to the engineering division. When Khan Noonien Singh attacked the Enterprise, Botax got injured and went to sickbay to be treated. (TOS movie: The Wrath of Khan)
