Both Worlds is the 31st "season" update to STO video game: Star Trek Online, released for PC on 23 January 2024. Both Worlds continues the storyline begun in Incursion about the invasion of the multiverse by the Borg King and the mirror universe Borg Kingdom through reality vortices.
This season includes the voice talent of Kipleigh Brown as Admiral Kuumaarke, Garrett Wang as Captain Harry Kim and introduces Nicole de Boer reprising her role as Captain Ezri Dax of the USS Aventine to Star Trek Online.
Both Worlds is followed by Season 32: Unparalleled, which continues the multiversal Borg conflict storyline to be released on 28 May 2024.

- "The King and Collective Event!", published on 15 January 2024, details the "King and Collective" event. Daily event progress accumulates to allow unlocking the Alliance Rex Pilot Escort. Missions counting towards daily progress are: STO - Kings & Queens missions: "Taken by Surprise", "Scorpion's Abyss", STO - Task Force Operations missions: "Guillotine", "Battle of Wolf 359" and the STO mission: "Omega Particle Stabilization" minigame.
- "Return to Wolf 359", published on 17 January 2024, details the Battle of Wolf 359 re-enactment by present-day Alliance captains in STO - Task Force Operation mission: "Battle of Wolf 359".
- "Hail to the King, Baby", published on 17 January 2024, provides stats for the Khitomer Alliance Rex-class pilot escort.
- "The Last Generation Lock Box", published on 22 January 2024, describes the details of the "The Last Generation" lock box. Contents include the tier 6-rated Duderstadt-class miracle worker science spearhead, Athan Prime Fleet Museum beacon, Vox Command and transporter filter kit modules, and training manuals for tractor beam vault, malicious AI and organic nebula. New weapons include radiolitic phaser weapons based on radiolytic emitter technology stolen from Daystrom Station: radiolytic phaser beam array, radiolytic phaser dual beam bank, radiolytic dual cannons, radiolytic dual heavy cannons, radiolytic phaser cannon, radiolytic phaser turret and wide arc radiolytic phaser dual heavy cannons. - "14th Anniversary Bundle!", published on 14 February 2024, lists and details the contents of the 14th anniversary bundle. Starships: Atlantis-class temporal destroyer, Ahwahnee-class command carrier, Chekov-class intel science warship, Princeton-class miracle worker cruiser, Tal Shiar Mandukar-class adapted destroyer, Lafayette-class recon destroyer, Constellation-class heavy cruiser refit. Equipment: Type 3 EVA phaser rifle (ca. 2372), Borg Kingdom interceptor probe hangar pet, liberated Borg Kingdom nanoprobes.
- "Command the Orion D'Var!", published on 13 March 2024, announces the Orion D'Var-class temporal science vessel with its stats and its universal console, the temporal anchor, and temporal artifact scan starship trait.
- "The Kelvin Constitution II!", published on 10 April, provides the stats of the 23rd century Kelvin timeline Constitution II-class intel cruiser as part of the "Infinity Promotion" packs. The new science destroyers are the Starfleet Kardashev-class command Dyson science destroyer, KDF Lo'laH-class intel Dyson science destroyer and Republic Rallus-class temporal Dyson science destroyer.
