Lieutenant Bowan Radowski was a Human male who served in Starfleet in the late 24th century.
Biography[]
In the year 2379, Radowski was assigned to the USS Titan as a transporter technician. Radowski was on duty in the transporter room when Captain William T. Riker and Commander Deanna Troi came to welcome Doctor Shenti Yisec Eres Ree aboard the ship. When the captain commented on not yet knowing every crewmember under his command, Radowski tried to cheer him up by saying that everybody knew who they were serving under. Captain Riker chose to take the backhanded compliment in the spirit it was meant rather than as an insult to his intelligence, because he might've made a similar comment when he was a junior officer. Lieutenant Radowski remained on the Titan as its transporter chief throughout Captain Riker's entire six-year mission. In September 2385, he beamed the captain down to Starfleet Headquarters for his meeting with Fleet Admiral Leonard James Akaar, the Commander-in-Chief of the Federation Starfleet, that saw the captain get promoted to Rear Admiral. As of 2386, Radowski was in a romantic relationship with Titan's Chief of Security, Lieutenant Commander Ranul Keru. By September of that year they had started sharing quarters. (TTN novel: Fortune of War)
