Biography[]
By the year 2269, Bregman held the rank of ensign and was a trainee in the transporter department under Transporter Chief Kyle on the Federation starship Enterprise. She helped Scotty decipher the chain of events which allowed Mister Spock to use a library reader to tap into the ship's computer and initiate a chain of commands that led to a site-to-site transport, freeing him from confinement to quarters.
