The Brekkians were a spacefaring humanoid species from the planet Brekka in the Delos system. They, like the Ornarans, possessed the natural ability to generate electrical discharges with their bodies.

They once supplied the Ornarans with felicium to help them survive a plague. The Brekkians cured the plague but did not inform the Ornarans, preferring to keep supplying them with the drug for profit. (TNG episode: "Symbiosis")
