Bremark was a star system, located in the Delta sector block within the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. In the 25th century, it was the site of a meeting between the Delta Alliance and five sects of the Kazon Collective, to discuss membership in the Alliance. Bremark was part of a star cluster, surrounded by a nebula of green interstellar gasses.

In the year 2410, One star admiral Tuvok of Alliance High Command dispatched the USS Rhode Island to the Bremark system to discuss membership in the Delta Alliance with the Kazon. Captain Harry Kim had experience with the Kazon and found them neither trustworthy nor amenable to cooperation. The parties met in an asteroid field.
Of the Kazon sects, the Halik, Mostral, Ogla, Pommar and Relora were present, each bringing a Kazon cruiser. The negotiation came to a standstill when the Kazon demanded more ships of the Alliance. Another Alliance ship arrived, and it turned out the Kazon wanted to see USS Voyager. Kim identified himself as a former Voyager crewmember, upon which First Maje Sessen arrived aboard his Predator-class carrier, bend on revenge on the ship his mother Seska had served on.
In exchange for 100 terraforming systems, Maje Ket of the Kazon-Relora pledged allegiance to the Delta Alliance. In the ensuing battle, the Halik and the Mostral sided with Sessen, while the Ogla and Relora supported the Alliance. Sessen and his ships were forced to retreat, and Maje Karden of the Ogla apologized for the deception and hoped their actions here would convince their new allies in the Kazon's desire to fight the Vaadwaur.
