The Briamos system was positioned within the Organian Treaty Zone. Its orbit included inhabited Niamos as well as Briamos, the Briamosite homeworld, which was the capital of the United Systems of Briamos. One star chart denoted it as being in the general vicinity of Omega Fornacis, Mandel's Star, Vendor, and Romulan Neutral Zone Outposts 13 and 14. (ST reference: Star Trek Maps)
