Brillen (or brillin) was a type of snack food that was known to the Talaxian traveler Neelix.

History and specifics

According to Neelix, brillen originated from the planet Talax, in the Delta Quadrant. (ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)

In the novel Pathways, brillen is instead spelled "brillin".
