After the treaty of 2370, Bryma became part of the Demilitarized Zone. Bryma later became the target of the Maquis, who suspected it was being used as a weapons depot for the Cardassians colonists in the DMZ. The attempted Maquis attack, led by Cal Hudson, was turned back by forces from Deep Space 9.
