GK18-budupaphone

Anzar with his budupaphone

A budupaphone was a brass wind musical instrument. It resembled a keyless sousaphoneWP.

History and specifics[]

In the year 2267, show-business entertainer and comedian Anzar performed with a budupaphone during live performances on various backwater planets. His partner Allura would joke during their shows that she'd prefer to hear the instrument played in a vacuum tunnel, suggesting that it might not produce a pleasing sound. (TOS comic: "The Hijacked Planet")
