The CDS Fatal Arrow was a Cardassian Liburnian-class warship starship of the Cardassian Union's Central Command in the 24th century. The Fatal Arrow was summoned to the Megaran system to eliminate Starfleet interference in Cardassian attempts to engineer Megaran society into a race of space faring pirates.
Though the Fatal Arrow was powerful enough to take on a Galaxy-class starship, it was ultimately done in by the most unlikely of foes: a Ferengi computer virus. (TNG novel: Debtors' Planet)
