The CUV Ghemor was a 25th century Cardassian starship, the tier 6 Ghemor-class intel flight-deck carrier (initially flight-deck cruiser) prototype, in the Union's Self-Defense Force[1] service in the 2410s decade. (STO website: Victory Is Lifes: Gamma Vanguard Pack, Jem’Hadar Vanguard and Cardassian Intelligence Starship Stats & Abilities)

The CUV Ghemor in 2411.

Following the end of the Dominion War in 2375, Alon Ghemor, nephew of the late Cardassian dissident movement leader Tekeny Ghemor[2], took charge of the democracy movement in Cardassia City. With support by Elim Garak, the popular vote and subsequent events paved the way for a democratization of Cardassia Prime, and Alon Ghemor was elected the first Castellan of the Cardassian Union. (DS9 novel: A Stitch in Time)

In the aftermath of the Iconian War between the galactic resistance and the Iconian Empire in 2410, a ship was named Ghemor and launched alongside the Damar and Detapa in the same year. The Ghemor was the prototype for a carrier class that incorporated cruiser and intel starship features. The Cardassian Union shared this class with the rest of the Khitomer Alliance, including its newest member, the Dominion and its Vanguard Fleet.

From 2410 onward, the Ghemor represented its class in the Alliance's shipyard operations interface. (STO - Engineered for War mission: "Ceremony")

Khitomer Alliance flag officers deployed Ghemor for missions around the galaxy's four quadrants as part of the four-quadrant strategy. (STO - Victory Is Life mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock", admiralty system)
