Cadi orMalan was a male Payav in the 23rd century. He was one of the Payav to leave Mestiko following the overthrow of Raya elMora's government in 2274, and to settle in the Jarol Desert on Kazar. By 2279, he had become a romantic companion of elMora's. However, because orMalan wanted to settle permanently on Kazar, while elMora wished to return to Mestiko, their relationship eventually ended.
