The Calypso was a Federation shuttlecraft in service to Starfleet in the mid to late 24th century. She was assigned to the USS Enterprise as a captain's yacht. (ST reference: Star Trek: The Next Generation Technical Manual)

In 2364, the Calypso transported Captain Jean-Luc Picard to the Enterprise. (Ships of the Line 2007)

When the Enterprise primary hull crashed on Veridian III in 2371, the Calypso was destroyed. (TNG movie: Generations)

According to the Technical Manual, Patrick Stewart named the shuttle after oceanographer Jacques-Yves Cousteau's ship.
