- Captain's log. We have arrived at the research station Delta Six to receive two negotiators from neighboring star systems. The Colistarrs defeated the Phrea Elendren in a bloody war prior to Starfleet's discovery of the two cultures, but that incident was resolved over fifty years ago. The Enterprise was specifically requested by the two governments, with myself as the sole mediator in an attempt to resolve a comprehensive trade disagreement which has tempers flaring on both sides...
- Captain's log: We have completed negotiations successfully. An attempted assassination of Senator Tann was thwarted by Lieutenant Worf. Transporter systems have been upgraded. End entry. Nothing else unusual to report."
