For eight years, Lim Prekeny was exiled on Cardassia IV, where she was forced to dig ditches in a labor camp. (DS9 novel: The Never-Ending Sacrifice)
After being captured by the Cardassians on Bajor in 2360, Li Nalas was imprisoned in Cardassia IV's Hutet labor camp. After Li's earring was smuggled out and given to Kira Nerys by Quark in 2370, she and Miles O'Brien liberated several Bajoran prisoners, including Li, from Cardassia IV.
