This individual was a male Cardassian officer that served the True Way as a prolific member of the militant splinter faction, holding the position of captain aboard the Axon, a Keldon-class battlecruiser. One of the ambitious candidates that sought to succeed Gul Madred after their leader was arrested, to cement his claims on the mantle, the commander proceeded to spearhead a strike on the Federation-Klingon Neutral Zone, planning to dismantle relations between these two galactic powers. Biography[]
Living during the era of reconciliation and reconstruction that the Cardassian Union underwent after the near decimation of its throneworld in the twilight hours of the Dominion War, this Cardassian male took offense to the situation and believed that since this cataclysm, his people were victims to a tyrannical subjugation beneath the United Federation of Planets, which had been one of the principle opponents to their further expansion efforts before the outbreak of the conflict. Feeling that the Cardassians needed to return themselves to militaristic values which once dominated their culture, he swore allegiance to the True Way, a splinter faction with similar values that launched a campaign of terror intended to revert their nation to a stratocratic regime. Serving as commander to the Keldon-class cruiser Axon, though he was beholden to higher-ranking members of the organisation, the captain was considered to be a leader in his own right. As a result, when their overall leader Gul Madred was taken captive at Empok Nor, the captain was one of the dozen or so guls who emerged as competitors in the resultant power vacuum, each seeking to become the next "savior" of their species.
