Cari L. Thomas was a 24th century Human serving as a career Starfleet officer in the 2350s and 2360s decades.
Biography
In the year 2354, Cari Thomas was listed on directory signs on Starbase 32 as an officer of Starfleet Operational Support Services, in office 45244. (TNG episode: "Violations")
Thomas was listed on the dedication plaque of the USS Enterprise-D as an officer of the Starfleet Engineering group in the year 2363. (later seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation)
By 2364, Thomas had achieved the rank of captain and was the commanding officer of the Federation starship USS Puget Sound on a survey mission of Sector 450/32450. An admiral at Starfleet Mission Operations changed the orders and requested acknowledgement of the changes through subspace com net security mode 045, code 100 alpha. (TNG episode: "Conspiracy")
In 2365, Thomas and was the commanding officer of the Federation starship USS Farouk El-Baz when it patrolled the Romulan Neutral Zone in sector 130, around stardate 42523.7. (TNG episode: "The Measure of a Man")
