Biography[]
She operated the starship East Winds out of Risa in the 2370s decade.
Cassandra had been in a relationship with Curzon Dax during his life. In 2376, Cassandra brought the East Winds to Deep Space 9 for a deal with Quark, although he was on Farius Prime at the time. Cassandra would later use the East Winds to evacuate Europani from Europa Nova, specifically the settlement of Libre Pista. (DS9 - Gateways novel: Demons of Air and Darkness)
