For other uses, see Cassandra.

Cassandra was the DTI code name for a red dwarf star located within Federation space in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.

History and specifics[]

In 2368, the DTI's Space-Time Anomaly Detection Array was installed in orbit of Cassandra. This massive sensor array detected alterations in the time stream with quantum resonance detectors by comparing chroniton and other particles against the stable decay rate of delta rays emitted by the star.
