Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

A friendly reminder regarding spoilers! As always, the expanded Trek universe is in a period of major upheaval with the continuations of Strange New Worlds and Prodigy, the advent of new eras in gaming with the Star Trek Adventures RPG and Star Trek Online, as well as other eventful releases such as Section 31, the ongoing IDW Star Trek comic and spin-off Star Trek: Defiant. Therefore, please be courteous to other users who may not be aware of current developments by using the {{spoiler}}, {{spoilers}} OR {{majorspoiler}} tags when adding new information from sources less than six months old (even if it is minor info). Also, please do not include details in the summary bar when editing pages and do not anticipate making additions relating to sources not yet in release. THANK YOU

Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

So some links to Human cultures and ethnicities lead to these articles categorized here that define Human cultures and ethnicities, but some other similar terms redirect to land areas where said cultures and ethnicities originate, while other uses of like terminology redirect to the articles about the languages in question.

Has anyone else tried to sort these articles out/find a solution? It's going to be tough work as there are a lot of links to these in the various links to "races and cultures" references on lots of pages, sometimes mixed in with non-human races and cultures. I'm trying to sort them out as best I can (avoiding the original illogic of mixing these like Human topics in with the unlike non-Human topics) but I'm not sure where to go from here, after a bit of searching, I can't find any relevant conversations with good suggestions how to unify these diverging topics/links/redirects save for the style guide policy that suggested to me that I start sorting them on these hundreds of pages where they occur. -- Captain MKB 04:42, March 12, 2011 (UTC)
