"Cave-In" was the fifth short story collected in the TOS anthology The New Voyages 2 in 1978. It was written by Jane Peyton and originally appeared in the 1970 fanzine Spockanalia #5.
Description[]
- "Cave-In" is an interesting little item—it's hard to know what to call it: story? poem? dialogue?—which emobies what Leonard Nimoy calls "open texture". He means that the artist leaves room for the viewer, reader, or audience to use imagination and to read into the work or performance things which even the artist may not have fully intended.
