Centuri II was an inhabited planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the second planet in orbit of the Centuri star system.

In the year 2268, Montgomery Scott, while fighting pirates on Tortuga VI, told James T. Kirk that he hadn't had so much fun since they took on armed savages on Centuri II. (TOS comic: "The Flight of the Buccaneer")
- It is possible this was meant as an alternate spelling of "Centauri".
